1. US Customs REQUIRES all shipment(s) to have Single ISF Bond  &  LATE Single ISF Bond   &   Single ENTRY Bond  &  Continuous Bond are DIFFERENT bonds.   
.   a. All Bond(s) are subject to final approval by our underwriter & US Customs & US Government Agencies.
.   b. IF Bond(s) &/or any of our service(s) are refused to importer/consignee, NO expilations/reasons/causes is given to you/importer/consignee, just a refusal is given ONLY.
.   c.  Single ISF Bond, LATE Single ISF Bond & Single Entry Bond, can be use only once.
.   d. To file your ISF, LATE ISF or Entry & etc., we may be purchasing it from third party, on your behalf  &  add it to your invoice
.   e. Or we may use our own Broker Bond to file your ISF, LATE ISF or Entry & Etc.,  &  add it to your invoice
.    f. IF our own Broker Bond was use to file ISF &/or Entry, the Bond number will be NOT given to importer &/or any other info about Broker Bond.
.   g. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions anytime, for more details view our site
.   h. IF any information(s) are/is misrepresent by You/Importer/Consignee/Your-supplier/factory/or any-others, will cause Cancellation/Termination of all bond(s) & services.

2. Single ISF Bond:
.  a. Single ISF Bond is to file ISF ONLY. Could be use ONLY once, to view cost (click here)
.  b. ISF MUST be file, 24 hours BEFORE your shipment could leave foreign port with Single ISF Bond.  ISF MUST be Filed. No matter the value of shipment & who it is.
.  c. IF ISF is NOT file or Filing-LATE-ISF or misleading/missing/incomplete ISF filing: US Customs can/will assess penalty/fines up-to $5,000 per shipment  (click here)
.  d. Also, US Customs can/will  Confiscate/Seize/Penalize/Fines/Examine the consignee shipment,  US Customs has 5 years to final ruling.
.  e. All Commercial shipment (type1) MUST have Single ISF Bond  to complete the ISF Filing with US Customs. (click here)
.   f. To apply Single ISF Bond &/or Single ENTRY Bond, please fill-out Service Agreement (click here).  Could be approve within 30 minutes. (for Most of shipment)

3. LATE Single ISF Bond with LATE ISF Filing (ISF Type 1):
.  a. LATE Single ISF Bond is to file LATE ISF ONLY.  Could be use ONLY once, to view cost (click here)
.  b. LATE Single ISF Bond: 23 hours before shipment is about to leave  or  shipment has left the foreign port.  ISF MUST be Filed. No matter the value of shipment & who it is.
.  c. IF ISF is NOT file or Filing-LATE-ISF or misleading/missing/incomplete ISF filing: US Customs can/will assess penalty/fines up-to $5,000 per shipment  (click here)

4. LATE ISF Filing fees for OTHER type of ISF; (ISF type 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) / Immediate Exportation (IE) / Transportation and Exportation (TE) or Immediate
.   Transportation (IT) /  Temporary Import Bond (TEB) ("Temporary Importation under Bond")   ISF 5 must be file for (IE, TE & IT):
.  a. IF filing ISF, 23 hours before shipment is about to leave  or  shipment has left the foreign port.  ISF MUST be Filed. No matter the value of shipment & who it is.
.  b. IF ISF is NOT file or Filing-LATE-ISF or misleading/missing/incomplete ISF filing: US Customs can/will assess penalty/fines up-to $5,000 per shipment  (click here)
.  c. Also, US Customs can/will  Confiscate/Seize/Penalize/Fines/Examine the consignee shipment,  US Customs has 5 years to final ruling.
.  d. All LATE ISF Filer/Consignee will be charge a LATE ISF Filing fee, (click here) & view #3

.  c. Also, US Customs can/will  Confiscate/Seize/Penalize/Fines/Examine the consignee shipment,  US Customs has 5 years to final ruling.

6. Single ENTRY Bond (SEB):
.  a. Single Entry Bond is to file Entry with US Customs ONLY.  Could be use ONLY once, to view cost (click here)
.  b. Single Entry Bond is to file Entry (claim) with US Customs, 1-5 days before shipment is in US Port  or  when shipment is in US Port
.  c. IF your shipment value is less then $2,500 or if it's your personal USED items, Single Entry Bond is NOT required, but with some RESTRICTIONS (click here) (click here)
.  d. IF misleading/missing/incomplete Documents (invoice, packing-list, BL & ETC): US Customs can/will assess penalty/fines up-to $5,000 per shipment  (click here)
.  e. IF shipment is SUBJECT-to (look below)

7. SUBJECT-to Single Entry Bond:
.  a. SUBJECT-to Single Entry Bond is to file Entry with US Customs ONLY.  Could be use ONLY once, to view cost (click here)
.  b. IF your shipment is SUBJECT-to (FDA, USDA, Lacey-Act, FWS, ADD / CVD & Etc) & value is more then $200,  SUBJECT-to Single Entry Bond is Required.  
.  c. IF Shipment value is $200-$5000, SUBJECT-to Single Entry Bond could be done within 30 minutes (for Most of shipment), (click here) to view cost.
.  d. IF shipment value is over $5001,  could take up-to 72 hours to be approve.

8. Continuous Bond:
.  a. Continuous Bond Eliminates MOST of  ISF Bond  &  LATE ISF Bond (NOT on LATE Filing Fee #3)  &   Entry Bond  &  SUBJECT-to Single Entry Bond for Next 365 days.
.  b. To apply for Continuous Bond (click here)
.  c. It takes 5-8 working days (2 weeks) to be approved by us/US Customs (CBP).
.  d. IF you are planning to import more then 3 or times within next 365 days, you should apply for continuous bond.
.  e. If the value of your shipment is over $30,000, you should apply for Continuous Bond.
.   f. IF shipment is subject to FDA, USDA, Lacey-Act, FWS, any US Government Agencies, ADD/CVD, Hazard, Trademark, Patent & etc. You should apply for Continuous Bond
.  g. IF your shipment is SUBJECT-to shipments (ADD / CVD , Hazard & etc,.) It is possible for Surety Bond company to Reject the applicate.  
.  h. US Customs / US Government Agencies / Surety Bond Company can Cancel/Terminate your Bond, any time, any where & for any reason.  
.   i. All Premiums Fully Earned: NO pro-rate o/ NO refund(s) / NO cancellation for any bond(s) &/or ISF is filing/filed &/or Entry filing &/or any of other service on our website
.   j. IF US Customs / any US Government Agencies / Your Surety Bond Company to increase your Bond Amount, NO pro-rate &/or NO refund(s) is given, you MUST apply for
.      New Bond & pay for other year, if new bond is approve.

9. All Bond Service (NVOCC Bond, FMCSA Bond, C2, C3, C4 & Etc Bond we offer):
.  a. US Customs / US Government Agencies / Surety Bond Company can Cancel/Terminate your Bond, any time, any where & for any reason.  
.  b. All Premiums Fully Earned: NO pro-rate o/ NO refund(s) / NO cancellation for any bond(s).


NOTE: IF US Customs &/or any other US Government Agencies finds any violation/misleading/missing information of importation & etc, US Customs may
Confiscate/Penalize/Fines/Recall/Examine/Re-ISF-Filing & Re-Entry-Filing the US importer/exporter shipment(s) & Recall the US importer/exporter, anytime, up-to 5 years.  
Please disclose detailed descriptions of shipment on all Documents (
Invoice,  Packing-list,  Bill-of-Lading & Etc.) with HTC/HTS Code, Material that is made out of & Etc.

IF US Customs decided to
Confiscate/Seize/Penalize/Fines/Examine/Recall, Request of Informations &/or for violation, misleading, incomplete, LATE ISF filing, Customs
Entry Filing  & Etc.  IF any, US Customs will notify you by email/phone/mail/letter within 1-12 month (Normally).   Also, US Customs may contact us to relay the letter/message
to you.  IF so, you MUST pay US Customs ASAP.  Otherwise US Customs/Government Agencies will/may add interest, Other-fines, Black-list you, visiting you & Etc.
"ONLY Consignee is responsible for Documents, all fees, US Laws & International Laws. cbp.gov".
Single ISF Bond could be approved within 30mins:  You could apply for Single ISF Bond by calling us or emailing us & agreeing with below fee.


BELOW are Single ISF Bond Fee,
